"I made the booking on my computer. I was invited to download the app. I did that on my phone but even though i have used the same name and email and phone number it does not show my booking.
Also it would be nice to have a phone number so that it anything goes wrong, ie driver doesn't show up I can call, especially as Im getting a flight."
